Generally it takes 4-7 days during seasons or sale period time can be extend to 6-10 days depending on the city.

To track your order status on our site, go to Track Your Order Page, fill in the order id along with the email through which order was done to track the current status of the parcel.
Currently we offer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer(IBFT), Easypaisa or Jazzcash & online Card Payment via VISA/Mastercard method
Cards information are stored on 128 bit SSL Encrypted Data, which we don’t have any access.
Customers of Sparkle Jewellery don’t pay a processing fee. Paying via card on sparkle jewellery is free of charge
Returns, Exchange & Refund
For personalized/engraved products our working model is ‘POD’ Personalized On Demand, every product specifically gets personalized and ready as per individual order so we only give replacement/refund (in-store) in case of a damaged product or a wrong product/design being delivered. Replacement wont be executed other than these reasons.
Don’t need to worry, Contact us immediately with your ordered item details and received wrong item pictures, after successful verification, we will send you exchange item or will arrange delivery for your ordered item.
Personalization On Demand (POD) items can not be cancelled or change once the order is confirmed, verified and processed, additional charges will be beared by customer in case of any changes that are neccessary to be done.
